Terms and Conditions of Delivery

Rautakeskus's terms and conditions of delivery, explaining how your order is processed.

1. General

These terms and conditions of delivery apply to orders made through Rautakeskus Group Oy's (hereinafter "Rautakeskus") online store. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Rautakeskus reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. The current terms are available on our website rautakeskus.fi.

2. Registration and Customer Account

Using the online store requires registration. To create a customer account, you must complete the registration form at rautakeskus.fi/rekisteroidy.

3. Products and Prices

All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include value-added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. Rautakeskus reserves the right to change product prices and availability without prior notice.

4. Ordering

Orders are placed in the online store by adding products to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process. Order confirmation is sent via email.

Rautakeskus is not responsible for technical issues in the online store that may prevent order placement.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online payment (bank credentials)
  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Invoice (available for business customers by agreement)
  • Mobilepay, Klarna, Revolut Pay

All payments are processed using secure payment methods.

6. Delivery

We deliver products to addresses in Finland. Delivery methods and costs are selected during the order process. Available delivery methods:

  • Store pickup (free)
  • Post or courier service

Delivery time varies depending on product availability and delivery method, but the estimate is 2-7 business days.

7. Return Policy

Consumer customers have a 14-day return policy starting from the receipt of the product. The return policy applies only to unused products in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return costs unless the return is due to an error by Rautakeskus.

Return Instructions

Contact our customer service via email (asiakaspalvelu@rautakeskus.fi) for detailed return instructions. Send the return in the original packaging, including the order confirmation or receipt.

8. Complaints

If the product is defective or there is an error in the delivery, contact our customer service immediately. We will replace the defective product or deliver a new one as soon as possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rautakeskus is not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by force majeure.

10. Processing of Personal Data

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.
